On the fitness 🤗 since my son overslept to work and had to cancel it, I thought it was a good idea to take him down to the fitness and finish this week as we started. The body is getting used to the workout now, and I managed to smash the 3000 meter in less than 15 minutes, my son was a bit slower - but I can tell you I felt the taste of blood in my mouth.
After that we did our 3 * 15 situps & pushups, and today we added one more excercise for the shoulders. I must admit that it took me almost 30 minutes to recover after that rowing session, which basically means 2 things. 1 is that i am in terrible form, and need to keep it going until summer. 2 is that I am actually pushing my body to a maximum during the training session, which is important to me - I see alot of people on the Gym who is not even sweat after 2 hours, and then I could rather play Bingo 😊
