For new morning training, day 2. Yesterday we walked down to the fitness as a warm up. Changed outfits, and then we rowed 3000 meter before we ended the training with 3 * 10 push and sit ups.
Then we used good time in the Sauna for making the sweathing process continue, before the walk home.
Totally we were in action for a couple of hours, but we took it easy - as we will do today, my son is only 16 and I dont want to kill his motivation. Until our bodies is used to the excercise we will have to take it very easy 😊
