Tittibasana have also lots of benefits like all of the yoga asana... I use this one to a trassicion from sitting poses to armbalance or handstand.. Here are some if the benefits with doing this pose.
-Strengthens the arms and wrists.
-Stretches the inner groins and back torso.
-Tones the belly.
-Improves balance.
-May be therapeutic for certain lower back pain, indigestion, fatigue, and constipation.
