CAMERON SMITH TO PLAY RECORD 356TH GAME
The Melbourne Storm(1) take on the Parramatta Eels (4) in the second of the qualifying finals this week at AAMI Park 4:10pm.
It will be a momentous occasion with Storm Captain, Queensland Captain, Australian Captain, Cameron Smith playing his 356th Premiership Match - breaking Darren Lockyer's 355 first grade appearance record.
This is an incredible achievement, by a true legend of the game and Cameron will be honoured accordingly with a medal presented by NRL CEO Todd Greenberg following the match.
Whilst we at Community News would love to see the underdog Eels rise up to defeat the $1.20 favourites, we do believe that the Storm will be much too strong today.
