Went to see the San Diego Los Angeles Chargers training camp yesterday and it was quite interesting. It takes some dedication from fans to stand out in the 95 degree sun to watch nothing more than a practice.
I wasn't impressed with how Philip Rivers looked throwing the ball, but I'm sure once the season rolls around, he'll be ready to rock and roll.
Joey Bosa seemed to be on a completely different level than anyone else on the field. He was running harder, faster and giving that little bit extra every time. It's easy to see what makes him special.
Once the practices were done, some of the players came over to talk to the fans and give autographs. It's a shame that it was only a few of them and not more of them. A few of them didn't even acknowledge the fans, which is kinda shitty if you consider that it's the fans that help these guys make a living.
Overall, it was a fun experience and I'm glad I went. I'm just ready for football season to be here!
