The Denver Broncos have been hot! Fresh off a three game winning streak, they traveled to San Francisco to play a team with only 2 wins.....sounds like easy work right? I mean the 49ers are riddled with injury, criminal charges on players, new coaches and a multi million dollar quarterback who is on the bench with a blown out knee. After watching us beat The Chargers & Steelers most fans would never have considered we could lose to a crappy team that can’t even get out of their own way. Enter head coach Vance Joseph, a man who has been a regular looser his entire career with very little success since the days he left the University of Colorado as a player.
This year has been a continuous battle with our coaching staff over mis use of time outs, clock management, poor judgment when to use a challenge flag and play calls that can’t get us into position to even have a chance at winning some weeks. Today was another coaching debacle and I have just seen enough of this guy in Denver. It’s time for a change Elway because we have seen what good coaching looks like here. Heck, we have been to the Super Bowl with four different head coaches. This joker we have now is running our proud winning franchise straight into the ground.
Vance missed an opportunity to challenge two plays which were pivotal at the end of the game and then challenges a play in the fourth qtr that was un winnable costing us a time-out. Now granted our team has been hit with major injuries in the last 7 days and our team did not play well out on the field but, coaching mistakes have cost us at least three games this year. How much more mediocre coaching can we stomach while we watch the Chiefs tear up our division Elway? It would be one thing is we simply did not have the proper talent to win but, this roster he has does have talent. We proved it by beating three quality teams in the past few weeks.
I have no idea if this decision is really Elway’s call or if it must come down from someone in the Pat Bowlen family. All I know is we have a coach that looks way in over his head and makes major mistakes weekly. In the pro football game, this will never be a winning formula. It’s time to blow up this entire coaching staff at the end of the year and go after a real coach. A coach with some head coaching experiences and success, someone with instant street cred, because Vance Joseph is not getting it done here. Mr. Elway, the Denver Broncos can not move forward until we get the leader of our organization squared away. Get Vance Joeseph out of Denver!!!! Your fired......
