A holiday in my country allowed for some adventure time! We decided on paintball, as it is something we never tried before. The most available one was at Ključić Brdo, close to Velika Gorica city.
On the way we found this small shrine with dead animals advertising Jagermeister it seems. And further along the path, a family of friendly boars.
What is the game of paintball about? You get a gun filled with paint and the aim is to eliminate the other team of players. There are probably more rules to it, but we went just with the basics. It was hard enough to coordinate as it was.
It does hurt a bit, but nothing serious. Just enough to keep you alert. The field was a small clearing in the forest filled with ‘bunkers’ of different sizes and shapes to create a layout designed to allow players to formulate plans or strategies. Most of our careful plans failed miserably.
A game length varies and can be quite short if one team rushes in but most of the time it will end when you run out of small plastic bullets. 
The game promotes teamwork, planning and good-natured competition. I can see it as a great team building activity! A beer after an exhilarating match is priceless!
