Are the Browns legit?

Yes you read that correctly. Are the browns of Cleveland finally read to take the next step? some super fans believe so. WWE superstar and die hard Browns Mike "The Miz" Mizanin is ecstatic about the recent moves the browns have made this offseason. He went as far as to bring up a 360 turnaround with a 16-0 season. Although he was more than likely just joking the browns will have a good year in fact I personally do believe the browns have a good chance of doing something special this season. As it stands today the browns hold 18! DRAFT PICKS IN THIS YEARS DRAFT. 18 is an extremely big amount of picks. The major thing the Browns added was a new swagger to them. they added people who have attitudes not bad attitudes but good ones. I wouldn't be surprised if they traded the 4th selection for even more picks. So lets talk about what they added in the offseason.

Carlos Hyde
Tyrod Taylor
TJ Carrie
EJ Gaines
Damarious Randall
Donald Stephenson
Darren Fells
Chris Hubbard
Chris Smith
Under new GM John Dorsey he has single-handedly made the browns laughing stock to contender. not a playoff team yet but a team that will compete in the AFC North. so lets breakdown further what they've added.
Carlos Hyde- RB he's a starting RB in the NFL but the browns currently have Duke Johnson Jr who's a great fantasy guy great dfs guy with PPR but what I like about Johnson is he doesn't need the ball to be effective but were not talking about Johnson were talking Hyde. Carlos has shown a lot of flashes in his time in San Fransisco but has also seen the Injury bug on multiple occasions. I think as fans we are going to certainly enjoy the one two punch of Hyde, Johnson Jr. The Hyde addition does spark a question. Do the browns pass or select Barkley in the draft? I think with the signing I believe they need to pass on him. They have a chance to build similar to what Dorsey did in KC with Houston and Hali with Garrett and Chubb. If im the Browns GM I am content with my running backs on roster no none of them are Barkley or will be Barkley but I'm okay with it. I draft Darnold at 1 and Chubb at 4. Brings me to my next subject Tyrod Taylor. Tyrod is a bridge QB Sam Darnold or whatever QB the browns take at number 1. What that bridge QB means is that Tyrod will play until the coaching staff thinks and believes enough in the rookie to take over.
The next add is Juice. Landry is such a dynamic WR in the league. He can play slot, outside the point is he does it all. He is going to be a security blanket for the browns QB. Him and Flash will dominate the league. Adding Landry to an already good receiving corps is a great move.
Tj Carrie Damarious Randall, and EJ Gaines all 3 of these will more than likely start in 2018 for the browns.
Randall didn't really work out as a first round pick like the packers thought they would be, but I believe a change in scenery will be good for him.
EJ Gaines is coming off arguably the best season of his career and will provide stability in Cleveland.
TJ Carrie coming off of a solid season PFF had rated him as 84.3 on the year which is very solid.
Chris Hubbard is GREAT add for the browns especially with the loss of Joe Thomas due to retirement. Hubbard is a reliable linemen nowhere near as good as Thomas or as good as an all pro but and will add leadership in the locker room. this add will be underrated.
So I ask again are the Browns legit?
