A strong core needs more than just sit ups. Isolation exercises should be a part of everyone's fitness program for example planks in all its forms, L - sits and in this case Hollow Body holds aka boat hold. Whichever you like to call it, if you are not currently incorporating some form of core isolation exercises into your training then here is one to get you started. And for the rest of you, you can add some variety to your regular core training :)
