Hello ladies and gentlemen!
Today I will share with you my second part of arm workout - and that is a triceps!
Triceps is 70% of your upper arm, so it is necessary to work hard on triceps to get bigger upper arm.
Triceps has three heads: the lateral, medial and long.
Because the triceps has three heads, it is very important to ensure the pressure on all three heads of the muscle to develop a massive upper hand.

1. Triceps Extension On Cable
- Stand straight with your chest out and arms with the body.
- Make a move down and back to the chest level.
- Dont forget to breathe!
2. French Press
- Lay on the bench and hold bar with tight grip.
- Your upper arms should be calm and at the righ angles.
- Go with bar down to the forehead and back.
3. Triceps Machine
- Just adjust machine to yourself.
- Dont forget to breath out while you lift up and breath in while you go back.
4. Triceps Dumbbell Extensions
- Sit on a bench with dumbbell in your hands.
- Take up your hand over the head with dummbell.
- Do a movement as shown below.
With biceps, triceps takes 70% of upper arm so its much bigger and more important muscle than biceps.
Becaouse of that if you want to have bigger arms - you need to work your triceps hard.
Try to concentrate and have a focus as much as possible to make every repetition exactly from the triceps!
