i love when we are aviable to train in this gym because it allows us to "fail safely" so we can master our flipping skills without risk.
some people when enter in a gym likes this likes to "go crazy" and try all kind of movements but what i liked to do is to focus on these flips / jumps that i'm "almost able to do it" but that scares me, so training it in a safe enviroment gives me the trust to try it on grass the nexts trainings
