The first day of the Second Test between India and England was completely washed out but the second day belonged to English team as Anderson wrapped by the Indian batsman in style by dismissing India on 107 all out. To make it worse for India Pujara, who was included in the playing eleven in place of Shikhar Dhawan got Runout due to a misunderstanding between Pujara and Indian captain. The play was interrupted by rain again and again which disturbed the Indian batsman mindset. These were the main points which summarise the second days play at Lord's.

It was an eventful day as English pacers used the conditions well and knocked India out for a low score of 107. James Anderson was the pick of the bowler, picking up 5 wickets. While other pacers also contributed well. The partnership between Kohli and Rahane was a brave one looking at the conditions. But the turning point was Pujara's dismissal when play resumed after rain and continued for just 5 minutes and in those Pujara got run out.
Today's first session will be an interesting one because India has a chance to bounce back in the first session by picking up early wickets. I am still backing up India for a fight. Let's hope for the best.
