During the spring I take some time off from my football coaching and sports-writing duties to coach the local High School tennis team. The Bobcats started off the season in style at an early-morning invite, taking home the bronze medal and garnering one all-tournament team selection.
Nobody went home empty-handed, however, as the crisp spring air and intermittent sunshine provided an amazing backdrop for a day full of competition, fun and team-building.
