NFL Playoff Challenge

Hive account@ats-david is hosting a contest for the top-8 contestants from the Winner Take All contest he hosted plus the top-12 contestants from the three Steemit Fantasy Football leagues. These 20 users will duke it out to see who has bragging rights for the 8 months!

After talking with Hive account@ats-david, we thought it would be a good idea to have a separate contest for anyone on Steemit to participate in! This contest is open to everyone on Steemit including:

• Those that made the Ultimate Steem Football Contest hosted by Hive account@ats-david
• Those that participated in Hive account@ats-david's WTA weekly contest
• Those that did not participate in Hive account@ats-david's WTA weekly contest

Registration

To participate in this playoff challenge, you will need to create an account for the NFL Playoff Challenge, which you can do after entering the password for the league! Register Here --> General Steemit League. The password for this contest is "SteemitPlayoffChallenge". Once you have registered, please comment with your steemit username so that we can make the payouts to the winners. If you have any trouble getting signed up you can reach out to me Hive account@sevinwilson on steemit.chat. Please register as soon as possible, as the playoff games begin on Saturday afternoon.

Prizes

The total pot for the NFL Playoff Challenge has not been set, but it will be made up of SBD from the post rewards plus any donations that are received. There are no weekly payouts as all funds will be used for the final results. The payout distribution to the winners will be as follows:

2nd	20%
3rd	12%
4th	10%
5th	8%
6th	6%
7th	5%
8th	4%
9th	3%
10th	2%

Note: in order to be eligible for the prize, you must register and participate in all of the four game weeks. Any unclaimed prizes will be distributed among the remaining participants.

An Overview of the Playoff Challenge

Every week you will select your team of 8 players.

• 1 Quarterback
• 2 Running Backs
• 2 Wide Receivers
• 1 Tight End
• 1 Kicker
• 1 Defensive Team

If you select the same player(s) every week (even if the player has a bye in the first round) you will receive the bonus multiplier. For the Divisional Playoff week you will receive 2x points for that player. For the Conference Championship week you will receive 3x points for that player. For the Super Bowl you will receive 4x the points for that player.

Hint: You should select the players from the teams that you believe will be playing in the Super Bowl.
