Simona Halep has qualified for the Final game of the Grand Slam-Australian Open
Simona Halep defeated Angelique Kerber in the Australian Open semifinal at the end of an epic match, finished in 3 sets (6-3, 4-6, 9-7). Halep, the world's number one, thus becomes the first Romanian to finish the Grand Slam tournament at Antipozi.
What is really important is that Simona Halep will play now in the finals against Danish Caroline Wozniacki. None of them won a Great Slem tournament. That means that the stake of the match is double: the winner will be the world's number one WTA ranking so we should see an amazing match in the final with the engines at the maximum speed from both players.
