Every organ of our body is at work if we eat more food in one meal than our digestive system will digest it in 4 to 5 hours and it will do nothing for rest of the day. This will give time to recover and it will not burn more fats as our stomach will not need to work for most of the time.
If we will eat more and more times of the day however we will be eating more number of calories but our stomach will be in the state of work and it will have to burn more fats to obtain the required energy to digest the incoming food. According to some of the so called experts 6 meal a day is the best way to loose fat. Six meals a day will increase the rate of metabolism and will help you to loose weight.
This theory is wrong and contain nothing there is no effect of number of meals on fat burning. The only way to loose fat is to eat less food. All the studies that were done to prove the more number of meals per day help in burning fat proved the theory wrong. So more fat is burned if we eat more food buy in turn more fat is also produced.
