Another crossfit session today, but i'm taking it easy. Just visited the open gym to train a bit on my own.
Quickly try to get some energy because that Matcha tea is not really kicking in.
BCAA and caffeine drink to get going.
Today i'm training on my thrusters.
"Thrusters" is the kind of excercise where you pick up the bar, place it on your schoulders. Squat and then press the bar above your head.
Because i'm at a pretty low training level for the moment. I just train a couple of rounds with 40 kilo.
Otherwise i can't sit on the toilet for a couple of days!
Anyway i did my training for today and i'm happy i did it so gogogo...😎
I finish with a little gingerwald fresh cold pressed juice.
