Tips on Getting Started
If you are new to martial arts and do not have a clue which one is right for you then ask yourself what are you looking for? Self Defense, Inner Peace, Exercise, Health, be a cage fighter, or perform in tournament?
Then hit google and do some research looking into numerous martial arts systems. When you find a system that seems to fit what you are looking for do a search for schools and classes available in your area.
If you live in a large city you may find yourself with a selection of school of the same art. My suggestion… go visit each class then make the decision that is right for you. When visiting be sure to ask the teacher any questions you may have pertaining to the art and classes.
