Yesterday was 3rd day of my 31 days of running challenge. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I go to club training.
First part of training was a bit different than usual. We always run about 5 km warm up. Yesterday we were told to run ~3.4 km to exact place and then do 2 km sprint. I feel that I am finally recovering from blood donation and my pace is coming back. Did 2 km in 9:03 what is good enough.
On the second part we decided that trainer is trying to kill us. We had to run about 140 meters uphill... 16 times lol. Actually today I feel great and ready for some orienteering this evening.
