It's a fine Saturday morning. The sun is up and it's just a perfect day for the children to play.
The children of this very modern age are so engrossed of what technology offers. My three nephews XYZ have their own individual gadgets. They used these to watch kiddie videos, play games, and answer children digital puzzles and games. Sometimes, they use it more than two hours. This scenario is for sure very similar to other children in the globe.
However, we know that the excessive use of these devices bring harm to children. We have seen in the internet some proofs of the ill effects of the addiction of gadgets to children. Some of these are the following:
1. LESS INTERACTION TO PEOPLE
By letting the children play with their electronic gadgets, you allow your children to be entertained alone. Instead, play with them, sing them songs, and read them stories so that they will value connections and relationships to other people.
2. EXPOSE TO RADIATION
Radiation is very harmful to people, how much more to children. You may notice that you will feel very dizzy after long hours of working with your laptops, cellphones or tablets. Instead, expose your children, include your self, to the nature. Bring them to the parks or plaza, or to safaris and zoos.
3. HIGHER CHANCES FOR OBESITY
They might be so good at racing, mazes and puzzles in the digital world, but they are actually doing very less body movements, and that will result to early obesity. How about letting them run and play in the field physically to avoid obesity to be a problem?
