Today me and did 25 intervals on the beach..

We do it like this... Run on 80 to 90 present of maximum one way and walk fast back to starting point and do it again...
After we was finished with the intervals... We did some handstand training and some back bend.. Then a good healty smoothies with 50 grams of protein ashwagandha root powder, spirulina and some of the stuffs... And some rest... Before I start my 2 training for the day on my boxing bag and some more handsstand exercises on my handstand canes..

I finally got a very good training setup here in Goa... It's alot of hard work.. But i feels amazing when it's done ..
