Bareback Bull Rider

Bull riding is said to be the "most dangerous 8 seconds in sports". To have a qualifying ride, the cowboy must stay on the bull for 8 seconds, while holding on with only one hand. Points are awarded for both the rider's performance and the bull's bucking ability and only for a qualifying ride. I took this photo at the Lake Havasu rodeo in Arizona.
