For my entry today into the sportsphotography challenge, I am sharing a photo that I took while watching one of the cheerleading teams that my girlfriend coaches. They were warming up in front of a set of windows prior to performing their routine at a competition, and I thought it looked very cool! Pictured here is her team practicing their "stunting"; the girl that is being thrown high into the air is called a "flyer". I have learned quite a bit about cheerleading over the many years that my girlfriend and I have been together. Previously, it was a sport that I didn't know anything about, but I've realized that it is actually a very popular sport in Canada and the USA.
