Terry Glenn was a wide receiver in the NFL from 1996-2007. He was a very high draft pick, being selected number seven overall in the 1996 NFL Draft after playing his college ball at Ohio State.
Terry was clearly a very talented player and he had plenty of success in his career, but he perhaps could have had a MUCH better career if it weren't some persistent off the field issues and of course some injuries. It seems he missed about twenty-thirty percent of the games he could have played due to these issues. It seemed Glenn did enjoy the partying lifestyle at times and wasn't always liked by his coaches. 2001 was a particularly bad year for Glenn, so bad that the Patriots did not even give him a Super Bowl ring when the Patriots won their Championship against the Rams.
Despite being a handful at times, when Glenn was on the field he was a playmaker and after retiring he still managed to put together a decent career to look back on. Still, you've got to wonder what could have been for Terry.
It is oddly bittersweet, that some of Terry's best seasons came at the beginning and end of his career. His rookie season he set what would become his career high in receptions, with 90. Then, in his final two seasons that he actually played a fair amount of games, at ages 31-32, he had his only consecutive 1,000 yard seasons in his career.
Terry Glenn played for the Patriots, Packers, and Cowboys.

I actually love this card! The design is really great, and there are indentations of the Patriots logo. Just a sweet card!!
Sadly, Terry Glenn passed away in 2017 due to an automobile accident. RIP Terry!!
