I think almost all will agree that Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid are vital to Philadelphias both defense and offense. In fact, in the recent transfer market they were able to trade Jimmy Butler who was their recent acquisition and JJ Redick, an explosive three point shooter that really made Sixer's team so deep beyond the arc.
So it goes to show that the management has put a lot of trust in the duo. They're good in their ways. Ben Simmons is a great passer and a court general. His height is also a great advantage as a point guard.
Whereas Joel Embiid is one of the most fastest and versatile big man in the league. He's a pretty tough defender and an extremely great offensive player. Imagine a big man doing Euro step perfectly. A big man that can do a step back jumper. He can chase down blocks and most importantly he can shoot threes.
If given both of them will be healthy, they're a team to beat in the East.
