I would like to tell that I trained as hard as yesterday or even a bit harder but that would be a big lie as I did not train at all today.
I was so sore from yesterday I could not make it.
Therfore I went to the evening class yesterday as well.
I tend to sleep very bad if I do sport in the evening and roll around in bed for ages before finally falling asleep and the exact same thing happened yesterday as well.
At the moment training 2 times a day is probably a bit much for me.
I jumped into the pool for a while to get some sun and be at least a little bit outside but otherwise
imagine my day more like this
The evening training yesterday was fun as well but I realized during the warm up already I should not be here.
The techniques were a bit a fancy as there was a guest trainer and I guess he wanted to show off a bit.
The trainer was a Black Belt from the UK and really good at explaining though.
I was not amused that he wanted to roll a lot and after 2 rolls, where I got totally destroyed, I was sitting on the sidelines and just watching.
Still happy I went twice yesterday, a little bit sour I did not go today but I felt there was nothing left in the tank today.
Tomorrow I am gonna celebrate my birthday so next BJJ session will probably be on Monday but I will try to get some kind of movement in till then.
