Zion Lateef Williamson was born July 6, 2000 was now American professional basketball player after being drafted in the New Orleans Pelicans in the NBA recently. This young guy is flexible enough to play with small forward and and power forward positions. Zion was born in Salisbury, North Carolina and attended Spartanburg Day School where he was a consensus five-star recruit.
In his freshman and only season with Duke, Zion was named ACC Player of the Year and ACC Rookie of the Year. He set single-game school scoring record for freshmen in January 2019, claimed ACC Rookie of the week accolades five times.
Going to his career in college from Duke, Zion Williamson averages 22.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and assist of 2.1. This guy was known as a monster from his college days.
Zion was recently playing well in Pelicans right now but sadly suffering knee injury and was reported that wasn't in shape to play summer league.
