Ever since I shifted my focus from centralized votes, spammy contents, and comment voting abuse into a natural activity of growing my network, the trend of engagement and followers I received tremendously increased. As what I always mentioned, my posts in Steem blockchain are "mostly" related to Sportstalk. That's actually the reason why I invested hard in this platform.
It was never wrong in correcting one's actions. It was difficult to swallow on my part. But it is on those kinds of moments in life that you learn so much in acknowledging your mistakes. I've realized that the beauty in this platform comes from the community.
Having staked almost 700,000 Sports is a big thing for me. I put my money on this platform in the hopes of getting expected returns. I was never wrong, the return of investment is actually within reach. But long-term looking, I am more optimistic into staking more for a better influence.
People are flocking when they see you do great. In my case, I make sure the content I provide is of pure effort (too shy to say of quaity :P). I reward the audience that engage my in my posts. Supporting great content writers is the best part. I might not have covered them all but atleast I know what I am supporting are great users.
Engaging other posts was also fun. You learn from their post and comment your insight. Clicking the follow button if I liked them.
Supporting contests is also a great thing I do. Not much I can provide but atleast I support them. Soon, I'll be hosting a contest soon and better watch out :). It's feels great to support them in a way that you can.
With those actions, my Sportstalk followers are growing. I'm pretty sure that my followers in my account are mostly Sportstalk users. I'm thankful and inspired to do more here. Together, let's build a better platform.
