The sport I'm sticking to every day is weight squatting and rope skipping, which is an interesting combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. This combination is what I thought about a week ago. It's very physical exercise. It's easy for the body to sweat because of this kind of exercise.
At present, the number and weight of squatting and rope skipping are stipulated.
Heavy squat

- Load 0.6 kg
Then the heavy squat is completed in two groups, each group of 100, this can be completed in a short time. Then there's rope skipping, which is done in 10 groups, 200 in each group. But for rope skipping, because the amount of exercise is a little big and the counting is easy to confuse, so I think of a very interesting method.
I prepared 10 melon seeds and then drew two areas, one is the uncompleted area and the other is the completed area.
At the beginning of rope skipping, 10 melon seeds are put into the incomplete area. When a group is completed, one melon seed is put into the completed area.
Of course, not necessarily through melon seeds, you can also count through small stones. At present, the only counting tool I can find is melon seeds, and it is quite convenient to use. If you are not as good at counting as I am, you can try this method.
I hope our movement is regular, so counting is also necessary.

今天的天气不错,蓝蓝的天空中飘着一片片的云朵,在阳光的照射下,云朵们显得格外美丽。在这么好的天气,如果不进行一些体育运动,那一定是说不过去的。
我每天都在坚持的体育运动是【负重深蹲&跳绳运动】,这是一种有氧运动+无氧运动的有趣组合。这样的组合方式是我在一个星期前想到的,非常的锻炼身体,身体很容易因为这类运动大汗淋漓。
目前我的负重深蹲和跳绳运动的次数和负重量都是有一定的规定的。
负重深蹲
- 次数 200下
- 负重量 1.6公斤
跳绳运动
- 次数 2000下
- 负重 0.6公斤
然后负重深蹲是分2组完成的,每组100下,这个在短时间内就可以完成。然后就是跳绳运动,这个分为10组完成的,每组200个。但是对于跳绳运动,因为运动量有点大,对于计数方面容易搞混,所以我就想了一个非常有趣的方法。
我准备了10颗瓜子,然后画了两个区域,一个是未完成区域,而另一个是完成区域。刚开始进行跳绳运动的时候,先将10颗瓜子放入未完成区域,每当完成一组,就往完成区域放入一颗瓜子。
当然不一定需要通过瓜子,你也可以通过小石头来计数。我目前能找到的计数工具只有瓜子,而且使用起来还蛮方便的,如果你也和我一样不好计数,你也可以尝试一下这个方法。
我希望我们的运动是规律的,所以计数也是必要的。
