今天的天气依然是那样的热，下午时分骑车从市中心往家赶，看到了一路的落叶，看样子秋天的脚步日益逼近了。当抬头看向天空的时候，满天的乌云在向你招手，但却不见雨水的踪迹。
秋天是收获的季节，我希望通过体育运动收获强壮的好身体，想要获得这样的身体我需要的是不断付出。
我需要付出的是自己的坚持，我更需要付出的是很多的时间，当秋天来临时我收获了坚持的好习惯，我也收获了健康强壮的好身体。
当我每天都在坚持体育运动的时候，我也变得越来越乐观，这是体育运动赐予我的宝贵礼物。很多时候当我觉得通过言语来鼓励自己没用的时候，我会选择体育运动，因为当我进行体育运动的时候，我会想到很多很多。
这个时候，世界就在眼前；这个时候，世界是那么的精彩；这个时候，我会是最棒的。
如果要我形容体育运动，我会把体育运动形容成我的一个益友，它每天给予我鼓励的力量。并且让我越来越健康，越来越年轻，越来越强壮。
通过体育运动，我朝着简单生活出发着，当我到达终点的时候一切会显得那么自在，那么轻松。
今天下午也是这样，当汗水浸湿衣服的时候，运动拥抱着我，这是对自己最佳的奖励。我每天都这样，或许说，我已经习惯了这样，如果哪一天突然没有体育运动了，我肯定会和难受。
