跑步属于有氧运动,通过慢跑可以很好地锻炼心内功能,锻炼腿部力量。但是跑20公里和做200下负重深蹲,以及2000下跳绳相比,运动效果就有点弱了。
不过还好,通过长时间的慢跑,更有助于锻炼一个人的意志力。我是从八点多开始跑的,然后12点多到的家,因为是慢跑的关系,所以需要花费很多的时间。
如果想要获得好的运动效果那就得长时间地坚持,但是我只跑了一天就停止了,这和现如今的我完全是相反的。现如今的我每天都在坚持进行体育运动,我的短袖T恤每次都被汗水给打湿。
身体想要获得好的运动效果,那就得每天坚持体育运动。
