Recently, I have been insisting on the combination of anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise, and I have set a certain amount of exercise for me. My daily sport is squat and rope skipping, which is an effective exercise to exercise the muscles of the whole body.
These two kinds of sports can also effectively nurture new energy for the body, so that the body becomes energetic.
Now it's my third month of sticking to sports and my eighth day of squatting and rope skipping. Today, in rope skipping, we easily worked out the amount of exercise in 2000, and then suddenly found a problem.
In the past, in order to prevent the problem of fragments in the process of rope skipping, I always adjust my rope skipping posture. Then I tried many times to compare the standard posture with the non-standard posture.
Brick posture
- When jumping rope, you should use your wrist to throw the rope, then relax your body and mind, and jump with your forefoot.
Non-standard posture
- Use your arms to drive your hands to throw the rope. It's not natural when you jump.
The results showed that 2,000 exercises could be accomplished easily when skipping rope through standard posture.
Although I sweat a lot, I don't feel particularly tired, and I still enjoy it.
Therefore, many sports coaches have been teaching students to carry out scientific and reasonable sports, here the scientific and reasonable sports is the standard posture and appropriate sports.

- 跳绳的时候应该利用手腕甩绳,然后身心要放轻松,利用前脚掌跳跃。
非标准姿势
- 利用手臂带动双手甩绳,跳跃的时候不自然
结果发现,在通过标准姿势进行跳绳运动的时候,2000个运动量可以很轻松地完成。虽然会大汗淋漓,但是并不会感觉特别累,并且我还很享受这种感觉。
所以很多的体育教练一直教导学生要进行科学合理的体育运动,这里的科学合理的体育运动说的就是标准的运动姿势和适当的体育运动。
换句话来说,如果一辆火车想要快速安全地到达终点,那么这辆火车就需要顺着轨道去运行,如果不这样做,那将会脱轨翻车。
