Especially in sports, this really requires daily persistence. At the same time, this persistence is very difficult and valuable. In other words, when a person is completely in love with sports, this kind of perseverance is particularly important.
Sports is irreplaceable in my life. It's like freedom is so important in my life.
I always insist on sports every day. The main sports I choose are crouching and jumping rope. This is the perfect combination of anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise. Among many exercises, they have the function of exercising the muscles of the whole body. This is something that many sports can't do.
For the persistence of sports, only taking practical actions can be regarded as true skill, rather than lip service. In sports, I started with squatting under heavy loads, which I have been doing for nearly three months. And rope skipping was not officially started until I insisted on squatting heavily for two months.
In terms of the amount of exercise, I strictly require my own exercise to be large, but must be moderate. In heavy squatting, my exercise has been fixed to 200 times, completed in 10 groups, each group 20 times, no rest time in the middle.
For rope skipping, my amount of exercise is 2000, divided into 10 groups, each group 200, there is no rest process.
My order of movement is to squat heavily and skip rope first. In the middle, I will do a warm-up exercise to ensure that I can skip rope well. After squatting heavily, skipping rope is enough for sweat to wet your clothes and allow sweat to flow all over your body.
Yesterday, I had 30 non-weight squats. Most of the time yesterday, I went fishing. In terms of weight squats and jumping rope, it can be said that it was temporarily stopped. But I didn't stop today. I finished my task today according to my previous exercise. It was a great feeling.

特别是在体育运动方面,这个真地需要每日地坚持,同时这种坚持也是非常艰难,非常宝贵的。或者说当一个人彻彻底底地爱上了体育运动之后,这种坚持就显得尤为重要。
体育运动在我的生命中是不可以替代的,这就好像自由在我生命中是那么的重要。
我每日都在坚持体育运动,我所选择的体育运动主要是【负重深蹲&跳绳运动】,这是无氧运动加有氧运动的完美组合,在众多的运动当中,他们具有锻炼全身肌肉的作用。这是很多体育运动都无法做到的。
对于体育运动地坚持,只有拿出实际行动来才算真本事,而非嘴上过招。在体育运动方面,我最开始的是负重深蹲运动,这样的运动我已经坚持了快接近三个月了。而跳绳运动是我在坚持负重深蹲两个月之后才正式开始的。
在运动量方面,我严格要求自己的运动量要大,但是一定要适度。在负重深蹲方面,我的运动量已经固定到了200下,以10组完成,每组20下,中间没有休息时间。
而对于跳绳运动,我的运动量则为2000下,分为10组完成,每组200下,中间不存在休息过程。
我的运动顺序是先负重深蹲在进行跳绳运动,中间过程我会进行一下热身运动,以此保证在跳绳的时候能够很好完成。在进行负重深蹲之后,再进行跳绳运动,这足够让汗水打湿自己的衣服,并且让汗水在全身流淌。
昨日我进行了30个非负重深蹲,昨天大部分时间我都跑去进行垂钓运动,在负重深蹲和跳绳运动方面可以说暂时停止了。但是我今天并没有停止,我还是按照以往的运动量完成了今天的任务,这种感觉真的很棒。
