“The Reiki Forest”

Finally finished this masterpiece and took me 5 sessions to finally finish it. I spend like 3 to 4 hours max per session as i can only painting once or twice a week, due to being busy at work and busy raising a family with 3 kids. This painting was made for a steemit friend Hive account@thereikiforest her name is perfect for the painting.

Let me show you the process with this GiF post

For the details from a black and grey background i made a Cho Ku Rei Symbol on top of my embossed flower of life

Then colored the background with rainbow colors and focused the light in the symbol itself

Then i had to wait till the oil paint dried completely and added a gold and silver metal leaf.

and i also painted the outline with the 7 chakras starting with red as the base or root. The leaf is so shiny that when hit by the light of the sun it is as bright as the sun.

then added some stars in the sky to represent the astral

5 elements incorporated in the painting,

Fire 🔥

Water 💦

Wind 💨

Earth 🌏 🌲

Spirit/ Ether 🌀

And for the final touch, added a pair of Deer and some Koi fishes on the pond

This painting was just done last night 9/27/17 and just waiting for it to dry maybe for 2 weeks and ready to be shipped to Hive account@thereikiforest. I love this painting and enjoying it for the moment. Its a very powerful painting. And just looking at it takes me to another place, and feels very inviting.
