Pink Power
Even though most trees haven shaken off their white blossom load and created nice white carpets their is still some Sakura tree which won't accept the signs of time and is delighting us with their amazing beauty.
Yaezakura, one of the latest Sakura types is blooming here right now and their blossoms show the highest amount of petals. Todays pictures show mostly Kanzan flowers, a type of Yaezakura which shows up to 50 petals per blossoms and look somewhat different to the cherry blossoms which were blooming earlier. Their leaves are rather brown but the deep pink of their blossoms is especially spectacular and easily recognizable.
Near here is a small river which is line of dozens of Kanzan trees with thousands of pink pom-poms, what makes up for an extraordinary show and is late highlight a don't want to miss.
Some white-blossomed cherry trees are also still blooming, as an amateur I would categorize them as some Yamasakura type, which can also been found growing wild as opposed to the cultivated types. Looks there are countless kinds of Sakura in this country here, even some tree that will bloom in autumn. Maybe I should take some Sakura-class to brush up my humble knowledge and to deliver some "Guide to Cherry Blossoms Varieties".
Meanwhile I will just continue to savor this amazing sight to the MAX!!

Die rosa Macht
Auch wenn die meisten Bäume schon ihre weiße und Blütenpracht angeworfen und den Boden in einen weißen Teppich verwandelt haben, gibt es doch noch Bäume die Zeichen der Zeit nicht erkannt haben und erst jetzt anfangen, uns mit ihren Pracht zu verzaubern.
Yeazakura, ein Spätstarter blüht jetzt gerade und seine Blüten zeigen eine höhere Anzahl an Blütenblättern. In den meisten Bildern heute erkennt ihr die Kanzan-Blume, ein Typ Yaezakura der bis zu 50 Blütenblätter vorweisen kann und ziemlich anders ausschaut als die Kirschbäume die bisher geblüht haben. Die Blätter sind eher braun aber das tiefe Rosa der Blüten ist besonders speltakulär und leicht wiedererkennbar.
In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Fluß der von dutzenden Kanzan-Bäumen gesäumt ist, mit tausenden rosa Puscheln welche eine außergewöhnliche Show abliefern, diesen späten Höhepunkt sollte man nicht vermissen.
Einige Bäume mit weißen Blüten gibt es auch noch, als Amateur würde ich sie irgenwie als Yamasakura einkategorisieren. Diese Art wächst auch oft wild, im Gegensatz zu den kultivierten Sorten. Wie es ausschaut gibt es unzählige Sakura-Sorten in diesem Land hier, sogar einen Baum der erst im Herbst Blüten trägt. Vielleicht sollte ich mal einen Sakura-Kurs belegen um mein bescheidenes Wissen ein bisschen auszupolieren und euch einen echten "Kirschbaum-Leitfaden" zu bieten.
In der Zwischenzeit werde ich einfach fortfahren und diesen Anblick komplett auskosten!!
