Tim cahill has Anni need his retirement from football. Former Australia captain Tim Cahill retired at the age of 39. He played in England for Millwall and Everton and decided to end his career after the 2018 world cup. He is the top scorer of his nation with 50 goals.
When asked about his decision, he said:
“I’d love to keep playing… but I’m interested in TV. I’m going to start my (coaching) A licence, spend quality time with my family and chill out for a bit.”
“I’m someone that massively respects the game and I’ll take my time to learn more. Coaching is something that’s definitely going to be on the horizon.”
After playing for everton and New York Red Bull, he moved to Chinese Super League, where he played for Shanghai Shenhua and Hangzhou Greentown.
