Marouane Fellaini who was formerly in Manchester United has on Friday announced his retirement from international football, this ended his 12-year career as a footballer at Belgium. He has played for his country in two world cup competitions and helped his team to get to the third place of the 2018 FIFA world cup.
Fellani has scored 18 goals in 87 appearances as a Belgium player, he has also represented Belgium IN two world cups and helped them get to the third place in the 2018 Russia world cup.
Fellani said in a statement on twitter: “After 12 years of representing Belgium at the highest level, I have decided to retire from senior international football,”
