And in the defence they have The experience of Varane and Umtiti both maintaining a starting position in Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively. Finally at the post they have the talent and experience of Lloris. France have more of the talent to determine the tempo of the Game.
But on the other hand, Croatia cannot and should not be written off easily. Croatia unlike France have a more deadly Number 9 (Mandzukic) than France's number 9 Giroud. The experience of Modric has been very pivotal to their progress thus far. Of the two side Modric experience in the mid-field position is next to non. The likes of Rakitic and Perisic.
