Two days before the end of the season I made it to the Champions League. Champion III to be more accurate. Diamond league was a walk in the park 😊.
Obviously, this jump needed some investments, cards upgrade, and a lot of matches played.
Before the league started, I received the SeedGerminator Promo Cards and had some extra to invest in. I went out and sold some of them. Next I Maxed out the Selnia Alpha card.
The progress that I managed to do is mostly because of the Max out Selenia legendary summoner. I tried to level up ranged units as well that Selenia will lead and did some progress there but there is still a lot to upgrade. Mostly I’m playing Selenia in combination with the water monsters, neutral ones and the legendary Lightning Dragon. On the second place is the green summoner.
The downside of making to the Champions League with Selenia maxed out is that this season I have skipped the daily quests. My other summoners are still mostly on level 5. If I have played them, I wouldn’t make it to champions league. This means I have missed some reward cards from the daily quests, but I will be getting minimum of 80 cards at the season end. Before I was getting around 30. So, this is a compensation of 50 cards for the missed daily quests. Also, me being higher on the rankings is bringing more DEC from the daily wins.
At this moment I have a rank of 102. Just a little bit more to enter the top 100 that are shown on the leaderboard. Also, I believe that the top 50 are receiving beta packs as a reward on top of the reward cards. The no.1 on the leaderboard gets 200 beta packs.
All in all, this is a compromise with its pro and cons. Hope to get some valuable cards at the season end that will make it possible to start maxing out the other summoners. That should be fun with more then 80 cards to open.
