First Rent to own Splinterlands Card successfully owned by renter

On April 28, 2021 Hive account@royaleagle and Hive account@giemo entered into a rent to own contract. More details can be found in the original post

As per this agreement after Hive account@giemo had paid 11,000 DEC the 12 bcx beta Flesh Golem with the serial C1-23-8Z7YKXNELC would be released to Hive account@giemo.

As of today 11,250 of the 36,000 DEC balance has been collected. So flesh golem was undelegated and sent to Hive account@giemo.

As an interesting side note, today if you wanted to buy this flesh golem from the market there are no level 4 flesh golems for sale so you would need to buy a 5bcx flesh golem for $75 + (6) 1bcx flesh golems for between 16.49 & $17.

In terms of USD Hive account@giemo made out really well on this rent to own deal just from the first card alone. At the time the deal was done this card was valued at $9.6.
Further the other 2 cards were valued at:
$5.25 on zalran
$19.80 on ruler of seas
....
Lets see how high of a return on investment from the rent to own Hive account@giemo will make.

Next Card Transfer

Currently we sit at 11,250 of 36,000 collected. At 750 DEC a week that puts us 7 weeks out from the next card distribution.

That would put us at September 22,2021.

Any and all changes to this contract will be made on the original contract and signed by parties.

This marks the first Splinterlands card that was rented to own.
