Have you read the title? Truly that is the case. To succeed on steemit is team operation. You and I cannot arrive at the financial freedom we desire alone. I need you, you need me, that we might arrive at our destinations.

A loner is "a person who is or prefers to be alone, especially one who avoids the company of others:"

Meanwhile, forming relationship with other users on Steemit is a necessity especially for minnows and for everyone else. This is done through interaction on other user's blog by upvoting posts you like and leaving relevant comments (Not just "hey! Nice writeup" or "I've upvoted your post, upvote back).
Your comment may be short but should show that you actually read through the post. If you did, you would have suggestion(s) to contribute to the post, a question or appreciation of a new lesson you just acquired. These interactions creates synergy among users and improves steemit as a whole.

We are not entitled to other user's upvote but it is just a great thing to do. Every user's upvote and other activities here helps steem gain more and more recognition on the blockchain. Your comments increases your visibility and help grow your followers. Your comment could also be upvoted by another user who finds it interesting. That's a Win/Win
I've recorded one month as an active user of the Steemit platform and I have carefully studied (and still studying) the platform. Success here is cooperative. A good example is Autonomous Decentralized Society Acting Cooperatively To Leverage You - known as - this is more than an individual but a community where members gain leverage through the cooperate support of others. Another example is
- Steemit Acceleration Hub - working to decentralize the offline; this community keep introducing more young Nigerians to steemit and today #Stach is the second top trending tag on steemit. The lesson here is that you need to build or join communities and socialize with other users to succeed here.

*Learn from the migrating geese.
When the seasons change flocks of geese migrate thousands of kilometres by flying nonstop to another location. The flocks usually contain hundreds of birds, each with inadequate energy to reach such a distance flying alone, yet almost all of them successfully reach their new destination.
How is that always possible? My answer is simple: collective action.
They do so by flying in a V formation, one bird serves as the pilot to reduce wind obstruction for the other birds following behind. When the lead bird gets almost exhausted, it circumvolve to another position (behind) so that another bird can take the responsibility of piloting the flock. If each individual geese choose to undertake this long journey alone, most, if not all, would fail without a doubt.

Scientific examination have proven that when geese fly in the V formation, each bird flapping its wings creates an uplift for the bird that follows. In sync the entire flock can journey over 70 percent further than if they fly alone. This phenomenon can be considered an example of synergy, a kind we all need to succeed on steemit. Every user who upvotes a post gain 25% curation reward and the post's author goes with a 75% of the total earning per post. The system is so built to encourage interdependence. I need you as much as you need me.
