Creative techniques are the ways to promote creativity and to purposeful generate new ideas for the development of or for the solution of a problem. In the application of the creative techniques, it must not be ignored that creativity is in a complicated interaction with talent, knowledge, skills, motivation, personality traits and environment. The better known techniques of creative thinking are the following: brainstorming, brainwriting, and mind mapping. Brainstorming is one of the more expanded methods of the creative thinking because of its simplicity, it is found in the application of the resolution of the simpler and more complex problem tasks. There is a group of 5-7 person together. Depending on the problem, it can consist of experts/staff from different areas of science or profession. The executive board prepares the illustrative material and introduces the group to the problem that is later analyzed and clarified. A questionnaire or a task should not be too broad and general, for example "How can we save the world?". But also, it should not be too fragmented, or specific, such as "What is the paste method for component A, and what for the component B?". Group members will be notified in advance of the expiration of the brainstorming. The four basic rules apply to the brainstorm: mixing and dialing of already expressed idea, comments, corrections, critiques are forbidden, many ideas in the shortest time (a time frame of around 5-30 min), free association and fantasy is allowed. Bainwriting is a method of creative thinking in which each individual record their ideas on a piece of paper, used for a group of 4-7 people, and the goal is to write as many different ideas from which the best are chosen. The mind map is a diagram that is used to visually organize information. It shows the relationships between the parts of a whole and is hierarchically organised. It is often created around a single concept, it is drawn as an image in the center of a blank page, to which the representative ideas are connected: such as pictures, words and parts of words. The main ideas are connected directly to the central concept, as well as other ideas that diverge from those.
