HOW TO CARRY A BREAST SELF EXAMINATION.
- look at your breast (TATAS) in front of your mirror.
- With your hands by your side and the second hand raised up to the breast, with your four fingers, not nails, but the four finger, massage the breast clockwise and anti-clockwise position.
