Buy Body-Chan with Steemit

Hi!
Today, I want to share my artwork and also Body-Chan that brought with Steemit earning. About two weeks ago, helped by Hive account@ariffashraff, I ordered Body-chan from Japan, the cost is about +RM100 and I buy it online via https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/. Now, I already got it. And I already used it. The item itself is a used item. I can tell it because the box is already open. I don't mind about it. The store already tell me. But the most important thing is the item is fined and working. The reason why I wan have this body-chan is because I want to use it as character reference. Most of the time I really have struggle to think some nice post before I start drawing. But now, with body-chan, it can help me to work efficiently and more artwork will come soon in steemit.

The item also come with 11 more variation of hands or fingers. The packing is also good. The quality of the item is also still fine for me. No scratch or broken part.

But here my comment about this item. Everything is look fine for me. Its look so beautiful. But then I realize the reason why the store sell this to me. The right arm is not functioning really well. I can not bend it 100%. It stuck at the half way. So that become a biggest disappointment for me. I expected something really good from Bandai as company who really care about their product company. The hand is really important for me. But since I already buy it. I think I just need to used it by using my imagination while drawing the right hand without following the body-chan as reference.

Here is my first drawing with Body-chan as reference.

The body posture of body-chan is not 100% correct. After I traced the body-chan I need to fix some part and make it look much better. The head for body chan is so small, in that case, I need to resize the head of my character. Overall the body-chan is working as I wanted. Now, I dont need to think and find reference to draw a character. Body-chan is something that helpful for me.

For the coloring, I just experiment with color by combining random color. Then I adjust the hue of the color and choose the perfect mood. Then I think I want something that close to purple because purple is fantasy color. Also, I put red because I want to make the character feel energetic and also I want the character to have flaming and burning spirit on her. After I finished with girl, I noticed that I have a lot of white space so I think I need to the background on it. Fist I want to create that she floating at the purple sky then I realize that too boring. So I change the sky into a water. So basically, the character is floating at the water then I want to put the galaxy sky at the back but black is not suit with the character then I change it into a red building and also create the reflection of the building by duplicating it. I also put Petronas Twin Tower on it.
