I've been thinking a lot about the July 4 payout and how it could suck for some of the minnows.

Today I created the world's first beta version Steem Dollar made out of clay and I'm giving it to the person who tells the most hilarious/honest/heart-wrenching/absurd story why he or she wants it.
THE RULES ARE SIMPLE
1. Contest is only open to minnows, which in Steemit-speak means that Whales* are not eligible.
2. The story that receives the most upvotes wins
3. I'll send the clay Steem dollar via snail mail and pay for shipping expense.
4. Contest is open to the entire world. 100% GLOBAL, baby.
5. Contest ends July 4, 2016.
*If you don't know what a whale or minnow is, then you're probably a minnow and are eligible to win this one-of-a-kind beta version clay Steem Dollar. This clay SD has no monetary value unless of course, Steemit takes over the world in the near future. Then, my dears, it might be worth a lot. Who knows?
