I've been in your situation before. I would suggest two things if you haven't done them already: applying for WIC, and getting on medicaid. You can get your child on medicaid as well after the birth. Diapers will be your biggest expense. The other other option is to get washable diapers. Diapers are a huge expense, nearly wiped me out.
