Anyone hungry, or rather not risk it?
Though the teams may not need to eat, and though some have a backup food supply, they got the chance to try to eat yesterday. I wonder who tool advantage of the opportunity?
DAY 5 ROUND 2 RESULTS
OPTION 1 – Eat this plant.
None of our teams chose to eat this Poison Hemlock, so none of them died from it.
OPTION 2 – Kill and eat this snake.
Two teams chose to kill and eat this snake. If it were a poisonous snake, then they would have been poisoned by ingesting it. However, the snake was a venomous Pygmy Rattlesnake, which is edible. Venom and poison are two different things, and you can eat venomous snakes if you need to.
The teams who chose this option must now eat by the end of Day 7 to avoid starvation.
OPTION 3 – Don't bother with the plant or snake and just leave.
The remainder of the teams chose to just leave the plants and animals alone and move on. They will need to eat by the end of Day 6 to avoid starvation, but they are still alive for now, so they've got that going for them.
DAY 6 ROUND 1 SCENARIO
Survival can be hard work, and you never know what you will encounter next. Soon, vehicle troubles force the teams to park the truck and evaluate the situation. The goal is to keep moving, but it would be quicker if the truck started back up. Not being completely sure of what the situation is, the teams consider for a moment.
Supposedly, there may be armed men coming this way from behind. Also, there is still that bunker full of goods somewhere around here. To risk fixing the truck may be worth the effort, if it will start again. It would sure be quicker than moving on foot, and safer...
OPTIONS
OPTION 1 – Attempt to fix the truck.
OPTION 2 – Abandon the truck and move forward on foot.
