The vehicle suddenly breaks with potential blood-thirsty armed men coming up from behind!
Should the teams try to fix the vehicle or just run away on foot? Travelling in the truck would be quicker, but how long will it take to fix? Can it even be fixed? Will the teams be too vulnerable on foot? Will they be too slow? Let's see what they chose and how it all worked out for them.
DAY 6 ROUND 1 RESULTS
OPTION 1 – Attempt to fix the truck.
The teams who chose this option get out and examine the truck. The gas gauge still showed half a tank, if it is accurate. There was no unusual noises, so the team members pop the hood to have a look.
As soon as the hood pops up, there is a loud "ping!" The team mates look under the hood to see what the sound was. Suddenly, another ping and then sunlight is coming through a hole in the hood.
Realizing that it is gunfire, the team mates quickly drop to the ground. In seconds, a multitude of gunfire fills the air and the truck is quickly becoming a metallic version of Swiss cheese. As the team mates consider whether to hold their ground or fun for it, their decision making days end.
The next few bullets eliminate the teams that chose this option... Thank you for playing. You all did very well making it this far!
OPTION 2 – Abandon the truck and move forward on foot.
Not being sure exactly what was wrong with the truck or if it could be fixed, the teams that chose Option 2 continued on, ahead of the armed men. Their adventure continues below.
DAY 6 ROUND 2 SCENARIO
The two remaining teams head off into the woods. Soon, they hear gunfire behind them. Though it is not really close, they can tell that the shots are coming their general direction anyway. This means that whoever is firing the shots may be coming this way.
There are trees all around, and the teams can hear a stream up ahead. Should they run, climb, hide, or what?
Obviously, survival is a life and death situation, so these next few moves could be the difference between life and death. Both teams need to eat today, or they will perish. Both teams also have a backup food supply, so worst case scenario, they should be covered. Should they forage or hide? A few options exist, so let's hope that they choose wisely.
OPTIONS
OPTION 1 – Climb really high up a tree and wait to see what happens.
OPTION 2 – Head to the stream to attempt to hide in the creek bed.
OPTION 3 - Try to forage for some berries.
OPTION 4 - Head to the stream to look for something edible.
TEAM RESPONSIBILITY
