First Steem Saturday in South Africa

Myself Hive account@spartanza and Hive account@simplyshad were fortunate enough to have been invited to attend the dinner on Friday evening which was a little get together hosted by QuadroIT at the Chiefs Boma Restaurant, Indaba Hotel, Fourways, Johannesburg.

We met the co-founder of Steemit, Ned Scott Hive account@ned and even though he had just arrived and seemed very tired he entertained our conversations and I think he was taken aback at our combined knowledge and understanding of the potential that blockchain has to fix a variety of African challenges. Its only when you realize that you have a problem that you are open to receive the answers to fix those problems.
