CT scan is done. I have 4 days to relax. Then its the doctor appointment and chemo which will be tues morning starting at 9 am. We should find out how the treatment (chemo) is doing. And if the chemo needs tweaking. They will measure they cancer on the different organs and see if it has been reduced.
Not being able to eat all day was a little tough. When I got home I was greeted with a pork roast ,carrots with onions and celery, almond with mashed potatoes. I started eating it then decided to take the picture. When eating pork you have to have applesauce. Thats a must.
I had seconds.
It’s Saturday and I have been doing a lot of sleeping. It’s now 2 pm and I just work up . I am tired. The cold is not helping. I would like to sit outside and just soak up the warmth of the sun as it beats down on me. LOL
Sometimes the sun just feels so good. I am so tired of being cold. We still have a long way to go for summer. What happened to global warming ?
I have not done to much. Actually I have not done anything outside of going to the hospital. Everything seems to cost money. I have to get to a point where some kind of balance is reached.
There is a lot of redfish who are no longer here. I do not understand this. Not all of them but enough. The redfish powerup league is still doing well and so is the minnow power up league. https://steemit.com/community/@steemcommunity/the-minnow-power-up-league-week-12.
Maybe because of the support and are part of something, also they are still engaging and they see the benefit. Payitforward,pifc, https://steemit.com/payitforward/@pifc/week-34-pay-it-forward-curation-contest is also still moving along. But I do see the numbers of posts not as strong or plentiful to view. I hope it is because of my limited engagement over the past coupe of months.
My big fear here is that I will not reach dolphin level. With the price of steem it is now a long shot but it is possible. Prior to the drop in price the long shot was a high level minnow. A personal problem is costing me fiat that I would have spent on steem. I was able to powerup on the 1st , I am hoping to do the same on Jan 1st.
The amount of people at this price and level I am at that I can support is less then when the price was higher. That is a drawback that I am not alone with. Maybe that is a reason people have drop out. If your goal was payout I do understand the frustration. I never paid attention to payout. My focus has always been on comments. I have always given a vote and reply to all comments I receive. Lately I do not have the VP to give a vote to all . This does weigh heavy on me and I have pulled back on the higher level people and given to the lesser of us (smaller fish) along with then ones who are interested with engaging.
Helping others become bigger fish is so important to me. It is what makes steemit special. Not to many other things in this world has so many people willing to help others become successful. This in itself you make you think people would jump aboard. But people seem to get in there own way with the assumption that its free or work is not involved.
I have never thought of this as work. Getting evolved, talking to people , I just can’t put that in the same category as work.
I seem to be a little all over with this post. I have so much on my mind. Doing these blogs help settle things down. It does take me a couple of hours to complete. That’s because I write a sentence or two then think about it and other things.
